1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CryptoScope AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CryptoScope AI provides AI-generated cryptocurrency market analysis and trading signals delivered via Telegram. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers, as well as a TradingView strategy product.
3. Not Financial Advice
The information provided by CryptoScope AI is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or trading advice. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance of signals is not indicative of future results.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. Payments are accepted via cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB) and Telegram Stars. All payments are final once blockchain confirmation is received.
Subscription access begins immediately upon payment verification and expires at the end of the billing period. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the period ends.
5. Free Trial
Each user is eligible for one 14-day free trial. The trial provides full access to the premium Telegram signal group. Trial access is limited to one per Telegram account.
6. TradingView Strategy
The CryptoScope AI TradingView Strategy is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access to the strategy indicator on TradingView. The strategy source code is proprietary and not included. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies if you are not satisfied.
7. Risk Disclaimer
Cryptocurrency trading involves a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your entire investment. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. CryptoScope AI is not responsible for any trading losses incurred by users of the Service.
8. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and any API keys you connect. Do not share your subscription access with others. Sharing invite links or signal content may result in account termination.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not: (a) redistribute, resell, or share signals or strategy content; (b) use automated systems to scrape or copy content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the AI analysis or strategy code; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoScope AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.
